The following steps will show you how to stop a recording during a meeting.

NOTE: you must be connected as a HOST in order to start and stop recordings.

Stopping a Recording

STEP 1 –  Once you join the Tokbird room as a HOST, a  will be displayed at the top of the list of menu icons and be flashing Blue and Green.

STEP 2 – Press the flashing Blue and Green icon to receive the following verification.

STEP 3 – pressing the STOP RECORDING button will stop the recording and the record icon will change back to red.
