Security Settings Tab

The Security Settings features you can control the various type of people you DO and DONT want to have access to your events.
1. No Security – Users will be able to enter the meeting by following a public link that ANYONE can click on and join.
2. One time use URL – This link to the meeting becomes expired once clicked on. Once selected, and clicked a 2nd time, the user will be prompted to verify their email address and receive a confirmation email to enter the room again.
3. One time use URL with access code – this link to the meeting becomes expired once clicked on. It also requires you to enter a passcode. Once selected and clicked a 2nd time, the user will be prompted to verify their email address and receive a confirmation email to enter the room again.
4. BLACK LIST – any domains entered in this field are RESTRICTED from entering the meeting. Multiple domains need to be separated by a comma. An example, if you want to restrict people with Gmail or Yahoo email addresses you would enter: gmail.com,yahoo.com You can also IMPORTyour own CSV list of emails.
5. WHITE LIST – any domains entered in this field are ALLOWED into the meeting. Multiple domains need to be separated by a comma. An example, if you want to only allow people with Gmail or Yahoo email addresses you would enter: gmail.com,yahoo.com You can also IMPORTyour own CSV list of emails.
