General Info Tab

Lorem ipsum, or lipsum as it is sometimes known, is dummy text used in laying out print, graphic or web designs.

The General Info Tab shows you at-a-glance the following details:

  1. Title of the meeting.
  2. TokBird allows you to create a redirect for the on-demand event.  Meaning after the live event is over, in order to allow anyone viewing the recorded event to go to the SAME URL, you can select to “redirect” to the on-demand URL that was created when you recorded the event.   This feature is optional and if not used the live event URL will continue to take attendees to the lobby page of any past event.
  3. Meeting Start Time – shows the time, date and timezone the event was created for.
  4. Estimated Duration – shows the length of the event.   NOTE: if the event runs longer than the estimated duration, the event WILL CONTINUE TO RUN.  The estimated duration is to allow any calendar invites to have the correct length to block on calendars.
  5. Link to Presenters – This link is meant for presenters only.  Anyone presenting on the event.  It is important to be careful NOT to share this link with any attendees in order to prevent them from gaining unauthorized control of the event.
  6. Link to Experts – this person role is answering questions as they come in electronically.   They are almost like a presenter however they can not change PowerPoint slides, share their screen or do anything that might disrupt the flow of the event.
  7. Link to Attendees – these are the individuals that you are inviting to watch or listen to your presentation.   They have a very restricted role.  Their audio lines are muted by default and they are not allowed in the actual event room until the HOST allows it.  They can ask questions electronically but cannot speak verbally unless the HOST grants them access to their computer microphone or unmutes their telephone line.
  8. Link to Reports – this shows all activity on a spcific event.  This link can be shared with others and does NOT need any username or password to access.
  9. Edit Meeting – this allows you to change everything in #1 through #8 shown above.
