Customize/Edit Presentation

    1. Tab choices (the attendees will have access to all tabs)
      • Outline – default setting that displays the names of each slide
        • NOTE – the names of each slide can be edited as shown in bullet #2.
      • Thumbs – shows a preview of each slide in the form of thumbnails
      • Notes – this allows the presenters to add notes on any slides.  The presenter can then reference the note section in their presentation.
      • Search – allows the attendees to search on any word located in the slide deck including the name of the slide.
    2. Slide title, time, and edit
      • Slide title will first display with a generic name of the slide (Slide 1, Slide 2, etc.)
      • Time – this shows the amount of time in hours, minutes, and seconds of audio.
        • NOTE – each slide will start with 5 seconds.   This is in the event you have only a title slide and simply want to show for a few seconds (5 seconds) and then go to the next slide.
      • Edit – this allows you to edit the name of each slide  (remember that the title of each slide is searchable by the attendee, so keep that in mind when you edit the title)
    3. PowerPoint Presentation – the presentation that you uploaded in the Content tab will be displayed here.
    4. Survey – allows you to choose one of the servers you created in the Survey section of the TokBird Show tool.
      • Using the dropdown bar, choose the survey you wish to embed, then hit save.
      • Once selected a  icon will appear at the top left corner of the PowerPoint slide.  You can click on this icon to preview the survey.
      • If you need to edit the survey, you will need to go back to the survey section of the tool for any updates.
      • Selecting the survey icon again  will delete the survey from the slide.
    5. Poll- allows you to choose one of the servers you created in the Poll section of the TokBird Show tool.
      • Using the dropdown bar, choose the poll you wish to embed, then hit save.
      • Once selected a  icon will appear at the top left corner of the PowerPoint slide.  You can click on this icon to preview the poll.
      • If you need to edit the poll, you will need to go back to the poll section of the tool for any updates.
      • Selecting the survey icon again  will delete the poll from the slide.
    6. Upload pre-recorded video (MP4) – TokBird Show allows you to embed prerecorded videos that are played between any existing slides.
      1. Title of Video – type the name of the video that you wish to embed into your presentation.
      2. Place Video – Tell TokBird Show if you want your video to be embedded BEFORE or AFTER the current slide you are on.
      3. Select Video – browse your local drive and select the video you wish to upload.  (the video must be in MP4 format)
      4. SAVE – saves the uploaded video and attaches it to your presentation for playback.
    7. Upload a prerecorded audio file (mp3) – when selected, this feature allows you to browser your local drive for an audio file (must be in mp3 format).   The uploaded audio file will play on the current slide.
    8. Record audio – this feature allows you to record audio to the current slide using your voice.
      • A – allows you to turn ON or OFF a countdown timer that appears before each recording.
      • B – select the microphone you wish you use when you do your recording.
      • C – soundbar that once the recording starts will allow you visual reference that the audio is being received.
      • D – select  to start the recording process.  (if you have the countdown timer set to ON, there will be a 3 second visual countdown before you begin to record)
      • E – once the recording begins, the recording box will slide to the left side of the screen in order for the presenter to see content on the slide while they record.
      • The image below is an example of the recording process.
        • A – allows the user to pause the recording
        • B – allows the user to stop the recording
          • Once stopped, the user will see the confirmation screen (see next image below).
        • After the audio is recorded, you will get a confirmation screen
          • A- allows the users to UPLOAD the recorded audio which attaches it to the current slide
          • B – allows the users to CLEAR or DELETE the current audio if they need to re-record the audio.
          • C – allows the user to preview the recorded audio.
    9. Convert Text-to-Speech – allows the user to type the transcript for each slide and then have TokBird Show’s Text to Speech AI read the text in over 10 different languages.
    10. Trash – this deletes the entire slide and all of the content attached to it.
    11. Fullscreen – this allows the user to go full screen.  The [ESC] key goes back to normal mode.
    12. Save and Exit – this saves all new updates and exits the room.
    13. Delete – this deletes the audio associated with this current slide.
    14. Play/review the audio for the selected slide.
